About The Position
Vineyard Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for their PM shift team. This skilled nursing and post-acute facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care to its residents and values teamwork, respect, and quality care. Requirements
- Current California LVN license
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans
- Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment
