About The Position
College Street Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) for full-time and part-time opportunities in their skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing resident-centered care, creating a supportive environment, and delivering quality care while building relationships with residents and families. The nursing team is vital in this role.
Requirements
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing (required)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document care within the EMR system
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
