About The Position
As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team. Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in oncology services
- Excellent organizational and clerical skills
- Familiarity with computer operations
- Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire (ongoing competency required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements)
