About The Position
Licensed Vocational Nurse needed for a full-time NOC shift, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role includes 4 hours of overtime pay per shift. The facility is a 6-bed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) located in Woodland Hills, CA, on Victory Blvd. The position offers low patient ratios and rewarding work impacting the lives of those served, alongside a great team. On-demand pay is available via Dayforce Wallet, along with paid time off and holiday pay.
Requirements
- Current state LPN/LVN License
- IV Certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
- Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
- Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
