About The Position
CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals that connects licensed nurses with clients. Professionals set their availability in the CareLinx app, and the team matches them with clients based on schedule, preferences, and goals. The company offers steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, allowing professionals to control their work hours. A dedicated Care Advisor team assists in finding suitable matches based on location, client needs, and availability. The role involves providing skilled nursing care across various settings, and new graduates are welcome. Professionals are expected to build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.
Requirements
- Active LVN nursing license/certification
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 months of nursing experience
- Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
- Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
- Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
- Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
- Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
- Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
- Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
