About The Position

Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team for PM (Evening) and NOC (Overnight) shifts. Requirements

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Valid BLS/CPR certification.
  • A positive attitude, a love for helping others, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Administrator and DON to meet daily staffing and PPD goals.
  • Maintain a professional and calm disposition with residents, families, and staff.
  • Review and maintain daily staffing schedules to ensure consistent quality of care.
  • Develop goals for in-service trainings and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Attend committee meetings and ensure all services meet facility and state requirements.
