About The Position

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. This is a full-time position for the NOC shift, working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 12-hour shifts. Each shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay. The salary range is $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience, with an additional $2 per hour NOC shift differential. The blended salary range, including overtime pay, is $32.66-$36.17 per hour. Full-time positions come with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, life insurance, and more. The schedule involves working three days one week and four days the next, rotating weekly. The facility is a 15-bed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) located in La Mesa, CA, offering low patient ratios. Each shift is staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, and 3 CNAs. On-demand pay is available via Dayforce Wallet, along with paid time off and holiday pay.

Requirements

Current state LPN/LVN License
Current CPR certification
Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment

Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
