Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California drivers License and insurance
- Cell phone with internet access

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and the ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and family members to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
- Empower clients and their loved ones by educating them on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of the exceptional care you provide.
