About The Position
Ridgeway Post Acute is hiring Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support our weekend nursing team. This role is ideal for LVNs seeking consistent weekend hours in a supportive, resident-centered skilled nursing facility without the commitment of full-time scheduling. Requirements
- Active California LVN license (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Accurately document care and resident status
- Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations
- Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
