Licensed Vocational Nurse
About The Position
Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. The Licensed Vocational Nurse delivers skilled, compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes. The schedule is PRN nights. Compensation depends on experience, shift type, and market factors; a $3 per hour differential applies to nights and weekends. Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
