About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is a growing, locally owned organization seeking full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team in multiple territories within San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. The role involves providing high-quality care and service, supported by AI-driven tools to streamline documentation. The work schedule is generally Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a rotation for weekend work every four weeks.

Requirements

• Current California LVN license
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification

• Home Health experience is a plus
