Licensed Vocational Nurse-Senior ONSITE ( Call Center Urology)
About The Position
Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care to patients virtually through the Urology Clinic Virtual Call Center by handling patient requests via telephone, MyChart messaging, or other requests that come though electronically in the Epic system. Responsible for providing virtual nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or team leader. May lead or mentor lower level team members. Under supervision by an RN, a Dentist, or a member of the Medical Staff, the LVN is responsible for providing general nursing care to patients. May lead or mentor lower-level team members.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Experience in a Urology setting is preferred.
- Experience with virtual care or call center environments.
- Proficiency in the Epic system.
- Ability to handle patient requests via telephone, MyChart messaging, and other electronic means.
- Ability to provide general nursing care under supervision.
