This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last 6 months, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 p.m. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) supports the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by assisting Registered Nurses (RNs) to support patients more efficiently. This role involves verifying and documenting immunization records in coordination with the RN Immunization Coordinator, and assisting RNs with patient triage and direct care.
