About The Position
Valle Verde, a HumanGood community, is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) for its skilled nursing team. The role involves attending to the nursing needs of residents while incorporating a "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The nurse will ensure a safe and healthy environment and actively participate in residents' daily life rhythms. Responsibilities include developing assignments in coordination with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
Responsibilities

- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
- Help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners.
