About The Position
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will support and serve people with brain injury. This role involves conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and responding to changes in condition. The LVN will also communicate with physicians and external medical centers to ensure consistency of medical information and monitor physician's orders to ensure they are documented and carried out as prescribed.
Requirements
- Current state LPN/LVN License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
- Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
