About The Position

Seeking Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team of nurses who are committed to the highest standard of care, integrity and reliability. At Hallway Healthcare, we help former nuclear workers stop getting by and start getting better. When you join our team, you are taking on more than just a job—you are joining a mission-driven team dedicated to providing 1:1 in-home care to retired nuclear and federal workers who sacrificed their health in service to our country and receive benefits through the EEOICPA or FECA programs. Your work directly impacts their ability to live with dignity, independence, and comfort. We typically assign you to one patient per shift, allowing you to deliver focused, meaningful, and unhurried care. We are nurse-led and rooted in compassion, prioritizing quality care and clinician autonomy over corporate bureaucracy. Work with leadership that actively listens, values your input, and provides 24/7 support. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, health benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Care for clients who truly value your support and dedicated service every single day.
