About The Position

HealthCARE Express is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Age Management team. This is a full-time position for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working closely with patients, and ready to help keep the clinic running smoothly. Our Age Management team works closely with patients throughout their care, so we're looking for an LVN who is confident in their clinical skills while also providing a great patient experience.

Requirements

Current LVN license.
Comfortable administering injections and performing routine clinical duties.
Communicates well.
Pays attention to detail.
Can work both independently and as part of a team.
Enjoys working directly with patients and building relationships over time.

Responsibilities

Work closely with providers and patients throughout their visits, from preparing patients for appointments and obtaining vital signs and medical histories to assisting with exams and procedures.
Accurately document patient information in the EMR.
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
Maintain organized treatment areas.
Help keep the day-to-day flow of the clinic running smoothly.
Administering injections and medications as ordered by the provider.
Performing venipuncture and assisting with blood draws and laboratory testing.
Collecting, preparing, and processing laboratory specimens.
Assisting providers with clinical procedures.
Performing additional clinical duties within the scope of your LVN license and training.
Cross-train as needed and be willing to step in wherever you can help the team provide outstanding patient care while supporting our mission, vision, and values.
