Requirements
- Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably in rural health or community clinics
- CPR certification (current)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work PRN hours across different locations and schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in rural health clinic settings
- Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Supporting clinical staff with various tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Responding promptly to patient needs and emergencies in accordance with protocols
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
