HealthRIGHT360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated, and compassionate care to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to address systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity. We offer a wide range of services including primary medical care, mental health services, substance use disorder treatment, and transitional support for individuals re-entering the community. The MLK Residential Program is a 99-bed facility offering residential treatment for individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. The program focuses on helping clients address addiction, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive services, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs operate 24/7 and include individual and group therapy, family therapy, case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, medication support services, and crisis intervention. The On Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is crucial in providing direct, in-person care and monitoring to clients in the Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Manager, the LVN delivers care aligned with individualized treatment objectives, maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to nursing standards, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. The LVN treats all clients with respect, compassion, and empathy, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive treatment outcomes. The On Call LVN provides coverage on all shifts as scheduled.
