About The Position
Delta View Post Acute is seeking a committed and professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their nursing team. This role offers an opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to providing exceptional care to residents. The LVN will provide direct patient care and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants, ensuring that all care meets federal, state, and local standards under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Active California LVN license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care including medication administration, wound care, and assessments
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure compliance with care standards
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and supervisory staff to uphold clinical excellence
- Accurately document patient care and maintain up-to-date medical records
- Act as a liaison for residents and families, ensuring clear communication and respectful care
