About The Position
The Center at Grande is looking for a LVN to join our team! We offer a full-time schedule (6am - 6pm) with competitive salary plus a $3.25/hour weekend differential. Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document patient status and treatments
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being
