About The Position
Union City Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, assessing needs, and providing compassionate nursing care. The LVN will collaborate with physicians and other nurses to create individualized care plans, perform routine procedures like blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and adjust patient medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Responsibilities
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
