Requirements
- Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and support resident health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to help meet staffing and care goals.
- Maintain professional communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Assist with staffing coverage and daily nursing operations as needed.
- Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
- Attend meetings and support compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
