About The Position
Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) part time. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams, and supervising CNAs.
Requirements
- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable team player with a passion for resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and document changes clearly.
- Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.
