JOB SUMMARY Buena Vista is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to be responsible for following the patient’s plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse. Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care. Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s). Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team. Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently. Participate in personal and professional growth and development. Requirements

  • Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License
  • Maintain a current CPR certification
  • 2+ years of experience working in direct patient care
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
