Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health
About The Position
Seaport Scripps Home Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and self-driven Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide home health services in South Inland San Diego County. The LVN provides direct patient care and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers; assesses patient needs and delivers appropriate care using critical thinking; communicates with patients and loved ones; and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support high-quality outcomes. The role is part of a collaborative team focused on professional care, continuous learning, innovation, and patient and family service.
Requirements
- Active California LVN license.
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; home health experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
