McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. Requirements

• Current, active California LVN/LPN license required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident care

Nice To Haves

• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and in accordance with facility policies
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Assist with wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and other members of the care team
• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations and standards
• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive resident outcomes
