About The Position
Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team on a Part-Time / On-Call basis. Requirements
- Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and clinical observations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations.
