About The Position

Requirements

Active California LVN license in good standing

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care including medication administration, wound care, and assessments
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure compliance with care standards
Maintain adherence to all regulatory guidelines and best practices
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and supervisory staff to uphold clinical excellence
Accurately document patient care and maintain up-to-date medical records
Act as a liaison for residents and families, ensuring clear communication and respectful care
