Requirements
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.

Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Accurately document resident care and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Deliver excellent communication during shift reports and throughout the care team.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident safety.
