About The Position

City View Post-Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team on an On-Call basis. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Make independent decisions and apply sound clinical judgment in resident care situations.
• Work hand-in-hand with nursing leadership, CNAs, and the rehab team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate resident progress effectively.
• Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families.
