Requirements

• Current, active LVN/LPN license in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
