About The Position

This is an ASAP start position for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Candidates must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours of accepting the offer. The role follows TrioWFS's clinical interview process, with outreach expected within two hours and decisions typically made the same day or next business day. Applicants seeking more than 7 days off, more than 50% of holidays off, or with negative background or employment history are not eligible for this expedited processing timeline. New graduates will not go through the clinical interview process and will be presented to the facility for review. As an LPN, you will play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership. Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care with kindness and clinical skill, supervising and guiding Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, accurately documenting care and maintaining resident records, participating in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes, and promoting safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift. Assistance with daily resident needs is also required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience
  • No 1st time travelers
  • Must have successfully completed 1+ travel assignments in the last year
  • Must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours upon acceptance
