About The Position
Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing Home Health team throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our clinicians provide skilled in-home care to geriatric patients during a 9-week episode of care while working closely with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. We provide the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, whether you want a full schedule or only a few visits per week. Typical visits last 45–60 minutes.
Requirements
- Active LVN License in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Current TB documentation (Skin test within the last year OR Chest X-ray within the last five years)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes or facilities
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and health management
