About The Position
The Veterinary Medical Center (VMC) is a 24-hour Emergency, Specialty and Critical Care center in Syracuse, New York. It has emergency clinicians and board-certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, radiology, critical care, and oncology. The center also has a physical rehabilitation suite with an underwater treadmill, hydrotherapy pool, and exercise room, as well as an attached IDEXX reference laboratory for timely test results for hospitalized patients. Open departments include Urgent Care, Emergency/Critical Care, Surgery, and Radiology. The VMC provides formal training and mentorship to incoming technicians, including new graduates and experienced emergency or specialty technicians.
