About The Position

Enlightened Recovery is seeking a creative and engaging full-time Licensed Therapist to provide clinical services to adults in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health (BH) programs at the Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. The role treats substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders as part of a collaborative outpatient team in Ventnor, New Jersey.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM, working four 10-hour days. Clinical supervision is provided for LAC and LSW candidates.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey license as an LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or LSW.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong group facilitation and documentation skills.
• CPR certification; employer-provided if not already certified.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience treating substance use and/or mental health disorders in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience working with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for SUD and mental health programming at IOP and OP levels of care.
• Manage a caseload of SUD and BH clients, including individual therapy sessions that support personalized treatment goals.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan reviews within required timeframes.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, for substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate care with the psychiatric provider, utilization review, and outside providers as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with the Program Director and clinical team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
• Complete all documentation in the EMR in accordance with New Jersey state regulations and Joint Commission standards.
