In this role, you will provide individual therapy services in a clinic setting, utilizing your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with a variety of mental health needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans, maintain timely documentation, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support positive client outcomes and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field OR Master’s degree in a related field with: At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
  • Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
  • Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
  • Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
  • Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care and continuous professional growth

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM-based diagnoses
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
  • Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
  • Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
