About The Position
Damar is seeking an independent contractor to provide therapy in therapeutic group homes for adolescent boys (ages 12-20) on the north side of Indianapolis. These young individuals have faced challenges with sexually maladaptive behaviors, and your expertise can help them build a better future. In this role, you’ll use evidence-based practices to support youth dealing with delinquency, family disruptions, and behavioral and mental health concerns. The schedule is as needed, with the individual picking up hours when a therapist is unavailable. This is a contract role with a pay rate of $105/hour.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
- License required - LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Must be willing to obtain a CSAYC (expenses covered by Damar).
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid Indiana driver's license.
- No felony convictions or other criminal offenses.
