About The Position

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting while helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being. We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care, building strong therapeutic relationships, and making a lasting impact in their community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or Related behavioral health field
• Current Tennessee licensure as: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Respond professionally and promptly to client needs
