About The Position

Advanced Recovery Systems | The Recovery Village is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to treating addiction, substance abuse and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, assisting people with substance abuse issues, addictions, and mental health concerns. This is a Full-Time Clinician role joining the Orlando Team. The company utilizes proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation, allowing clinicians more time for patient care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year)
• Registered in the state of Florida with one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), RMHCI (Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern), or RMFTI (Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
