MyWellbeing is dedicated to making high-quality mental health care personalized, accessible, and human-centered. We achieve this through thoughtful therapist matching, helping individuals find care that suits them, while simultaneously supporting clinicians in developing meaningful and sustainable practices. Since our inception, MyWellbeing has assisted over 250,000 individuals in their search for care and fostered a network of more than 2,000 mental health providers nationwide. Our educational content and resources on mental health reach an audience of over 45 million monthly, contributing to the normalization of therapy and broadening access to care. Our team operates entirely remotely, with members located across the U.S. and internationally, all united by the core belief that clinician wellbeing and client care are intrinsically linked. Currently, MyWellbeing is seeking Associate Therapists in New York to join our Dedicated Program. This program is designed for clinicians in the early stages of their careers, providing them with opportunities to gain clinical hours towards full licensure while cultivating strong skills in telehealth therapy and modern healthcare systems. As an Associate Therapist (LMSW, MHC-LP, LMFT-LP), you will deliver individual telehealth therapy to adult clients as you work towards your full licensure. Our team provides the necessary infrastructure, allowing you to concentrate on clinical care while acquiring valuable experience in navigating the healthcare systems we operate within. Many clinicians in our program serve a diverse client base throughout New York, including those utilizing insurance plans (with Medicaid services anticipated soon). This exposure offers significant experience with varied clinical presentations and enhances skills crucial for the initial years of associate training. Our most successful clinicians typically exhibit empathy, curiosity, and openness in their client interactions, value accessibility and equity in mental health care, enjoy working with diverse adult clients, are eager to develop their clinical voice with guidance and mentorship, appreciate collaboration and community learning, and seek to understand the systems supporting therapy practice, such as documentation, insurance, and telehealth.
