About The Position

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic Licensed Therapist to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Tucson, AZ location. This role involves completing initial and ongoing assessments, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork, evaluating physical and/or mental conditions, referring members to community resources, maintaining confidentiality, and assessing for risk of harm. As an independently licensed clinician, you will also conduct reviews and sign off on assessments and service plans for associate-level staff. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Licensed clinician (required) (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW)
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Active License in the state of Arizona (required)
• Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models

Responsibilities

• Completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel
• Providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)
• Evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client
• Referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health
• Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPPA requirements
• Assessing for risk of harm to self and others
• Providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values
• Conducting reviews and signing off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate-level staff
