About The Position

Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) is seeking a licensed therapist to provide therapy services within a primary care setting. This employed, on-site position involves working at two locations, Ukiah and Lakeport, in Lake and Mendocino counties. Requirements

Active CA license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
Knowledge and experience in individual counseling

Nice To Haves

Bilingual/Bicultural (English/Spanish)
One or more years’ experience working within an integrated, primary care setting

Responsibilities

Providing therapy services in a primary care setting.
Seeing patients with mild to moderate mental health needs.
Working within a Pod model care team, consisting of Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Primary Care Counselors (LCSWs and Psychologists) to provide wrap-around care.
Providing culturally competent healthcare to patients, including through language-immersive Pods.
