About The Position

RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Therapist to serve children and families in the Fostoria area through school-based and community-based behavioral health services. This role involves providing support to children facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, grief, and family stressors. The therapist will work in schools and communities to help children build healthier futures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Ohio licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license eligible)
• Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Help children overcome barriers and achieve success at school, at home, and in life
