Requirements

Fully licensed in New York.
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license.
Hybrid system: 2 days in office and 2 evenings.
Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
Provide patient care.
Work in a hybrid system, with 2 days in office and 2 evenings.
Provide mental healthcare services in an outpatient care setting, both in-person and through digital health telemedicine.
