About The Position

Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide clinical and recovery-oriented services within a 24/7 co-occurring residential treatment setting serving individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. The program utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach. The therapist collaborates closely with nursing, recovery coaches, behavioral health specialists, medical providers, and community partners to support client stabilization, recovery engagement, mental health treatment, relapse prevention, and successful community reintegration. Responsibilities include assessment, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, and coordination of care while maintaining compliance with Centerstone policies, DMHA standards, INARR Level 4 expectations, and best practice guidelines for co-occurring disorder treatment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
  • Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC

Nice To Haves

  • Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
  • Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
  • Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
  • Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
