About The Position

Backpack Healthcare is seeking dedicated, full-time licensed therapists to join their Maryland team. This is a fully remote position focused on providing mental health care to children, adolescents, and young adults. Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination
