About The Position
ZoeRVA Health is seeking multiple licensed therapists to join their growing clinical team. The role involves counseling individuals, groups, or families to diagnose and treat mental health disorders as part of an integrated care team that connects mental health, psychiatry, and primary care. Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical experience in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Virginia state license as a mental health professional.

- Child therapy, ages 5–11
- Adolescent/youth therapy, ages 12+

- LMFT with a specialization in couples therapy
- Gottman Method certification

- Clinical interests in: life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, spiritual exploration and meaning-making, caregiver stress, health and wellness challenges, and personal growth and resilience.
