LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists in the Greater Mishawaka area who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This is a part-time opportunity with a 15–20 hour weekly commitment. In-person availability is strongly preferred, with a minimum 50% in-office presence required to support community partner needs. Telehealth and in-office appointments are both supported, provided the clinician is working from the branch location to ensure hybrid patient access. Must be available to attend new hire training Monday–Thursday. Open to candidates with up to a 45-day start timeline. Willingness to participate in shared office space arrangements is required. Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Minimum 50% in-office presence required.
• Available to attend new hire training Monday–Thursday.
• Up to a 45-day start timeline.
