About The Position

We are looking for passionate, fully licensed (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) or associate-licensed (A-level) clinicians in North Carolina who value quality care and professional independence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health field (Required).
• Current NC Clinical License (Full or Associate).
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Trauma-informed care / EMDR
• Eating Disorders
• Couples and Family Therapy
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to clients.
• Focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Communicate with clients.
• Handle billing and credentialing (supported by the company).
